The kit came in E2046's large box. The kit I received did not contain any instructions or picture of the finished kit. Parts came in one large parts bag and some separately packed ones.
The hair details were taped to a cardboard piece to prevent breaking since they are very thin.
Large nubs were used to mold the kit making the cast really good but a bit of work to clean up. And some bad cutting of the nubs on the knees caused some surface damage that I filled with some CA glue and sanded smooth to the surface. Removing the nubs on Kanu's uniform also erased some panel lines that needed rescribing.
The hair also has thin parts that go everywhere. After cleaning the nubs, they were glued to the main head of hair and shaped to fit nicely.
The body of the kit is pretty big, about 4.5" long, showing the kit would be quite tall when completed.
Along with the large body, an even longer weapon comes with it. This Blue Dragon Crescent Blade is 15" long and has a thick copper rod for the staff's main handle.
Lastly, adding some pins and dryfitting the kit prepares the kit for the painting stage.
A quick size comparison, I have a 1/48 Mega Size RX-78-2 Gundam and this 1/6 Kanu is about as tall as the Gundam's leg.
